Dental Practices

Dental practitioners are highly trained clinicians and we take pride in delivering high-quality patient care. However, most dentists receive little to no formal training in business, management or leadership.

• Operations: We assess how the practice functions on a day-to-day basis, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. This includes reviewing staffing structures, roles, front desk training, workflow, stock control and wastage. The goal is to ensure the practice is operating smoothly, consistently and as efficiently as possible.
• Financial Performance: Improving financial performance isn’t always about increasing revenue., particularly if it means working harder and longer. In many practices, meaningful improvement comes from better cost control. We benchmark your revenue and key expenses against industry norms, and analyse the profitability of the core services that you provide where margins can be improved without increasing clinical load for the principal or compromising care.
